What this covers
This notice covers the getsubrunner.com website and its enquiry form. Customer service agreements describe how we handle business data separately.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, interests and message. We also receive your optional answers about your work, service area, job sizes, team, bid sources, quoting requirements, pricing, exclusions and billing terms. We record the page language and submission time. Please do not include passwords, payment details, tax IDs or customer information.
The site has no analytics or advertising trackers. A third-party security check protects this form.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and discuss our services. We don't sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is delivered by email to our sales team through Amazon Web Services and stored in our business email (Google Workspace). Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs to run and secure the site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser signals and a verification token to protect the form against automated abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries as long as needed to follow up and maintain any business relationship that results, and delete them on request when we no longer need them.
